A Strip-adjacent condo turn is an elevator, a keycard and a laundry room down the hall. Out here off Boulder Highway it's a driveway, a carport, and a single-story 1970s house with a swamp cooler humming. Different job. Our vans park on the street half the time because the driveway's short and the guest's rental car is still in it at 10:58. We work around it.
Homes between Russell, Nellis and Boulder Hwy run small — two or three bedrooms, no pool, sometimes a manufactured home in one of the parks near the old Sam Boyd site. That means fast turns, but tight ones: linens swapped and photographed, kitchen reset, patio swept of the dust that blows in off the desert lots. Guests here are usually headed out to Lake Mead or a dam tour by 8am, so early checkouts are common and we can often get you same-day.

Our cleaner photographs it on the spot — wide shot plus close-up, timestamped — and you get it before we leave the property. That's usually enough to file with Airbnb or Vrbo the same day.
