Hosts out here are usually running a four- or five-bedroom off Rainbow or Durango with a pool in back, marketed to groups who want ten minutes to the Strip without Strip pricing. The pool is the part people underestimate on a turn. Beds and linens are the easy half — the deck furniture gets wiped down, cushions get checked for the wet towel somebody folded underneath, and the yard gets photographed before we call it guest-ready.
A lot of these listings sell Spring Mountain Rd in the description, and guests who spend the evening in Chinatown come back late and leave late. Same-day turns are normal, so we sync to your calendar rather than a fixed time slot. Bins go back behind the side gate every visit — the HOA letter comes to you, not us.

Can your crew get into Spanish Trail or Rhodes Ranch without me there?
Yes, once you add us to the approved vendor or guest list with the guard gate. We do that once per property. Otherwise the crew sits at the callbox and eats into your checkout-to-check-in window.
Is the pool area part of a standard turnover?
Patio, furniture and outdoor cushions are included. We don't service the water itself — that's your pool guy — but we'll flag a green tint or a broken chair with photos so you can file a claim or schedule it before the next arrival.
